Belmont Faculty Brass Quintet Christmas Concert

"Christmas Music and More" - Monday, December 6, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.

First Presbyterian Church Concert Series presents the Belmont University Faculty Brass Quintet in concert in the FPC Sanctuary.
Want to know what the "more" is all about? Come and see for yourself.  The concert is free and open to the public.

Belmont Brass Quintet is comprised of School of Music faculty members at Belmont University, including:

Joel Treybig, trumpet
Radu Rusu, horn
Gilbert Long, tuba
Pat Kunkee, trumpet
Jeff Phillips, trombone

The focus of this ensemble is on literature originally composed for brass quintet, and Belmont Brass Quintet recitals also commonly feature works arranged for such ensembles as the American Brass Quintet, Canadian Brass and Empire Brass. In addition to performing regular recitals at Belmont, the group performs often as guest artists at off-campus venues and has also performed at CBDNA, NBA, and TMEA conferences, as well as for the MTSBOA Mid-State bands.
